What do I need to register?
Your shop details, category, contact email, phone number, owner name and a password. Complete any required account checks in the portal.
Is a recorded sale already paid into my bank?
No. Redemption records the sale for settlement. Follow the settlement status and your banking details in the merchant portal.
Can every shop offer cash services?
Cash top-ups and cash-outs depend on service availability, account permissions and applicable limits. Registration alone does not enable every service.
